Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Tablet I bought 5 of these tablets a few days ago,one for me, my wife and each kid on black Friday from Walmart for about $80, came out to $96 with tax and 2 year warranty. Overall I am very pleased with this tablet. I have never owned one before this so I have nothing other than a smartphone/iPhone to compare it to. So far I have only a few gripes about it. 1) The camera/picture quality is not as good as I had hoped. 2) When using the external keyboard you need to type slow or they will not register 3) some apps that I used regularly on my iPhone are not compatible. Other than that this is a very good tablet for what I paid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Android Tablet I've had my tablet now since August, and I love it. It does everything advertised, which is far more than other bargain brand android tablets. I use mine for just about everything I use my smartphone for, especially when I need a larger screen. I like the built in keyboard for meetings when I have to take notes and is especially useful for email. Easily interfaces with most wifi systems. The only problem I have had so far is getting it to interface with my bluetooth printer, but if that's as bad as it gets, then I would still give it at least a 9/10. This a great entry for RCA into the tablet market.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works, but somewhat limited I bought this a year ago. It works well but has a few problems: Having the keyboard built in is a nice feature, it works reasonably well. Issues: 1. Some apps from the Google Play Store do not work on it. I am guessing because it has an OLD version of Android on it 2. The screen is rather an odd design, you need to hold it just so to prevent reflections, which changes the readibility. It is almost like it was an early 3D attempt. 3. Have to turn it off to conserve the battery, but it is slow to start up. This is a cheap as it gets, but for a little more $$, buy a different tablet and add a Logitech keyboard. You will be happier in the long run.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from good for a minute I bought this tablet 5 months ago and it is already broken beyond repair. About 3 months in it started having trouble charging, like the charger want connecting properly. It turns out that was happening because the charging port inside the tablet was coming loose. Eventually the port broke off inside the tablet completely rendering the tablet completely useless. It was a pretty good tablet for the price. The screen is a little funny, and difficult to see from an angle. You have to be looking at it straight on our all you see is a black screen. The built in speaker is useless, but paired easily with my Bluetooth speakers. All in all it was good while it lasted, I just expected it to work much longer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great tablet for the price.. Recently purchased the Pro10 and got the 620 edition. Bought 2 in fact (Black Friday Sale) but one had issues, so i returned it and Walmart gave me the 610 instead. I didn't realize they were different, and neither did they. For starters, no over the air upgrade to Android 4.4 (kitkat). But I love the keyboard/case, and the tablet is very smooth. For the price, it can't be beat. There are improvements that can be made to make this a serious competitor to Samsung, but If it meant raising the price, I can live without them. So far, excellent product. I hope the 610 gets an upgrade to kitkat in the near future.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from What Is Up With the Keyboard? I bought this a few months ago from Wal-Mart. It came with a case with a built-in keyboard. At first the keyboard would not connect, and the only help I could find online was responses about the bluetooth version. This keyboard is not a bluetooth version, it connects (or is designed to) as soon as the tablet is slid into the case brackets. When I contacted RCA tablet support, they responded very quickly (kudos) but gave me info about the bluetooth set-up. (No thanks!) In order to get the keyboard to connect, I have to pop the left side of the tablet out of the case and release some of the tension on the spot where the tablet connects to the case. I so regret waiting too long to try to return it, since Wal-Mart's return policy on tablets is two weeks or less. I did recommend this set-up to my father, but showed him what I have to do to get the keyboard to work, and to return it ASAP if it happens. As far as the tablet itself, absolutely wonderful. I just put three stars, so it might get some attention. Tablet connects via wifi just fine (distance is an issue, but Ijust move closer to the source) and processing speed is just great. A good tablet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!! Dont use the keyboard case I bought this on Thursday - Thanksgiving. Received it yesterday - site to store order from Walmart. I was so excited. Not even 24 hours later the screen is cracked. I had it on my table in the case with the stand open, the stand on the back of the case DOES NOT hold the tablet upright properly, I was not even using it, was across the room, the tablet fell back onto the table and my screen cracked, took it back to my walmart in Titusville and was told I am poops out of luck - no return or exchange on it. I was so mad you have no idea. Now I have this piece of garbage that I spent good money on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
